Turkey Salad

A delicious way to use up all that leftover turkey.

Ingredients

  • 2-3 cups turkey breast (chopped or diced)
  • ½ cup celery (diced)
  • ½ cup sweet pickle salad cubes
  • ½ cup mayonnaise
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon pepper

Directions

Combine turkey, celery, salad cubes in a mixing bowl and stir together with mayonnaise until well blended. Salt and pepper to taste.

Alternate: Replace sweet pickle cubes with ½ cup dried cranberries and ½ cup sliced almonds.
