Slow Cooker Meatball Recipes

Apricot-Barbeque Meatballs
Ingredients
- 1 package frozen meatballs
- 1 jar (12 oz) apricot preserves
- ¾ cup barbeque sauce
Directions
Place defrosted meatballs in crockpot. Mix sauce and heat, then pour over meatballs. Cover and cook on low for 4-6 hours. Can be served over rice as a main dish or as an appetizer with toothpicks.
Heinz 57 Meatballs
Ingredients
- 1 package frozen meatballs
- ½ (5-6 oz) Heinz 57 Steak Sauce
- 1 can (10.5 oz) Campbell's Golden Mushroom Soup
- 2 cups water
Directions
Mix together steak sauce, condensed soup, and water in the slow cooker. Add defrosted meatballs, stirring until thoroughly coated. The sauce should cover all the meatballs. Cook 8 hours on low or 4 on high (or until the meatballs are tender). Season to taste.
Sweet and Sour Meatballs
Ingredients
- 1 package frozen meatballs
- ½ cup brown sugar
- ¼ cup lemon juice
- 1 can (10.5 oz) condensed tomato soup
Directions
Mix sauce ingredients and pour over defrosted meatballs in crock pot. Cover and cook on low for 5 to 6 hours.
