Karo Pecan Pie
A Karo pecan pie recipe.
Ingredients
- 1 cup Karo® Dark Corn Syrup
- 3 eggs
- 1 cup sugar
- 2 tablespoons butter, melted
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1-½ cups pecans
- 1 (9-inch) unbaked deep-dish pie crust
Directions
Preheat oven to 350°F. Stir together Karo® Corn Syrup, eggs. sugar, butter and vanilla until well blended. Mix in pecans. Pour into pie crust. Bake at 350°F on center rack for 60–70 minutes. Cool for two hours. Store pie in refrigerator.
